Alterations to Washington Middle School

Mehlville School District is requesting proposals for Alterations to Washington Middle School. Proposals are due on or before Thursday, May 30, 2024 by 2:00 PM at the Mehlville Maintenance facility located at 69 Randolph Place, St. Louis, Missouri 63125, where bids will be publicly opened. 

A pre-bid conference will be held Tuesday, May 7, 2024, - 2:00 PM at Washington Middle School for all prospective bidders. All prospective bidders are encouraged to attend the pre-bid conference, but it is not mandatory. Site inspections before or after this date shall be arranged through Mike Gegg at (314-467-7870), minimum of 24 hours' notice in advance of the inspection. Contractors are responsible for field verifying all conditions, and dimensions. 

Contract documents will be available on April 30, 2024 for a refundable deposit of $100.00. Checks to be made out to Mehlville School District. Documents will be available through County Blue; call 314-961-3800 to arrange for documents. Bread Vendor 2024-2025

The Mehlville School District R-9 (MSD) is requesting proposals for furnishing all bread products as the school district’s Bread Vendor.

Proposals will be received until 8:00 am on June 3, 2024, in the office of the Director of School Food and Nutrition Services at 69 Randolph Place, St. Louis, Missouri 63125.

Ice Cream Vendor 2024-2025

The Mehlville School District R-9 (MSD) is requesting proposals for furnishing all supplies as the school district’s Ice Cream Vendor. The District also included ice cream specifications on the Prime Vendor bid.

Proposals will be received until 9:00 am on June 3, 2024, in the office of the Director of School Food and Nutrition at 69 Randolph Place, St. Louis, Missouri 63125.

Prime Vendor 2024-2025

The district utilizes Interflex BidAdvantage System for the prime vendor bid. To gain access to Mehlville's 2024-25 Prime Vendor RFP, please email Katie Gegg, Director of School Food & Nutrition Services at [email protected]. All bids must be submitted through the Interflex BidAdvantage System.

Proposals will be received until 9:00 am on June 3, 2024. 


 

Milk Vendor 2024-2025

The Mehlville School District R-9 (MSD) is requesting proposals for furnishing all supplies as the school district’s Milk Vendor.

Proposals will be received until 10:00 am on June 3, 2024, in the office of the Director of School Food and Nutrition at 69 Randolph Place, St. Louis, Missouri 63125.

The Mehlville School District R-9 (MSD) is requesting proposals for furnishing branded pizza as the school district’s Branded Pizza Vendor.

Proposals will be received until 11:00 am on June 3, 2024, in the office of the Director of School Food and Nutrition at 69 Randolph Place, St. Louis, Missouri 63125.

Proposals will be received until 1:00 pm on June 3, 2024, in the office of the Director of School Food and Nutrition at 69 Randolph Place, St. Louis, Missouri 63125.

Mehlville School District is requesting proposals for Alterations to Trautwein Elementary School. Proposals are due on or before Thursday, June 20, 2024 by 2:00 PM at the Mehlville Maintenance facility located at 69 Randolph Place, St. Louis, Missouri 63125, where bids will be publicly opened.

All prospective bidders are encouraged to attend the pre-bid conference, but it is not mandatory.
